Shipping and Returns

Australian Orders

All online orders are shipped via Shippit who use Couriers Please, Fast Way & Australia Post. We offer a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping on orders under $300 or free for orders over $300. OR Express Shipping for a flat rate of $15. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day after they are placed. Please allow 2-5 business days for all metropolitan areas in Australia and up to 1 week for regional areas for delivery after shipment.

We now offer same day delivery in Sydney Metropolitan areas via Bonds Couriers. Cut off time for same day delivery is 12pm AEST. The same day delivery rate is automatically calculated by Bonds Couriers according to location.

Please note that during sale time, our delivery periods may take 5-7 days longer than expected.

Please note postage cannot be combined over multiple orders.

Domestic Tracking

Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification via e-mail from Shippit. This e-mail will contain tracking advice for your parcel. Please note tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment.

International Orders

All international deliveries may be received in up to 7-21 working days depending on the receiving country and are shipped using Australia Post Registered Airmail. Postal charge for all international shipments is $25. Thomas Puttick Pty Ltd is not responsible for any import duty or taxes which may be payable on orders purchased through the Thomas Puttick online website so please check with the Customs Department in your country for more information on customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may apply. Any parcels which are refused will incur the base shipping fee, plus any re-delivery fees if re-delivery is requested.

International Tracking

International orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Airmail. Please wait 3 business days after the article has been dispatched for it to leave Australia, it can then be tracked via your receiving country's post website, eg. for New Zealand, go to and track using the tracking number.
